General Service Agreement & Operational Scope
By accessing the website of Alpharetta Plumber Expert (alpharettaplumberexpert.com) or contracting our company for plumbing repair, installation, diagnostic inspection, or maintenance services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Alpharetta Plumber Expert, founded and directed by Charles Martinez with headquarters at 22 Milton Ave, Alpharetta, GA 30009, and the property owner or authorized client contracting our services.
Diagnostic Assessments, Estimates & Work Authorization
All plumbing services commence with an on-site physical diagnostic evaluation conducted by our certified technicians. Prior to initiating any repair, repiping, or excavation, we provide a written estimate detailing the scope of work and flat-rate pricing. Work begins only after the client provides verbal or written authorization. In the event that concealed conditions—such as rotted subflooring, unpermitted preexisting modifications, or buried structural obstructions—are discovered during execution, work will be paused, and an updated written scope will be presented for approval before proceeding.
Payment Terms, Invoicing & Financing Agreements
Payment in full is due immediately upon the successful completion of the authorized scope of work, unless formal third-party financing arrangements have been executed prior to commencement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank checks, and approved financing plans. Invoices clearly reflect all installed materials, equipment serial numbers, and applicable labor charges. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in the forfeiture of promotional discounts, legal collection proceedings, and contractor's lien filings in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
Workmanship Warranties, Equipment Guarantees & Liability Limits
Alpharetta Plumber Expert warrants all standard labor and craftsmanship against defects for a period specified in writing on your final invoice. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment (such as water heaters, sump pumps, and fixture cartridges) are governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms. Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from homeowner abuse, foreign object obstructions in drainage lines, freezing temperatures on uninsulated outdoor piping, or unauthorized tampering by third-party contractors. To request warranty service, call our Milton Avenue office at +1 (404) 678-6457.
Permits, Code Compliance & Right of Entry
The property owner authorizes Alpharetta Plumber Expert to pull all required municipal building and plumbing permits in Fulton County, City of Alpharetta, or relevant Georgia municipalities. The client agrees to grant safe and unhindered physical access to work zones, mechanical rooms, water meters, and electrical panels. All plumbing modifications strictly adhere to the International Plumbing Code and Georgia State Plumbing Amendments.
Severability, Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
